I honestly hope this doesn't fare well and ends the series. I also want Baywatch to do well and it opens on the same weekend.

Seriously though , this series ran its course after the third one, maybe earlier. Last I checked the 4th was an underperformer, so I don't see how a fifth got greenlit.

Yeah, #4 made $241m in the US and $1.05b worldwide, which was a Worldwide improvement over #1 and #3, but didn't live up to Dead Man's Chest massive gross ($1.06b ww)

There was no way they were going to stop sequels after that, despite it being the lowest grossing entry in the US.

I pulled out the last one a few weeks ago. Very surprised to find out I forgot most of it. Thing is, most of it wasn't bad at all. And after the epic run times of the first 3, this one flew by in a heartbeat. Looking forward to this one.

I agree this won't be the final one.

A new international trailer was released, which reveals that Keira Knightley will be in this one after all. I'm surprised they didn't save it for a surprise in the film since she had been keeping it secret.

How would the hackers have known what post house was storing the movie? Or did they just happen to find it?

This is probably going to scare some studios to not outsource their movies to outside post houses now.

Possible it is related to the OITNB hack that happened recently. Supposedly there were some studio movies in that too.
