Nope, it's not Deep Red.

Let's see if this helps jog your memory.

Nope.

Edit: Looking back at these shots, they look like they came from four different movies.

Maybe this pic will be the giveaway. If not, here's a hint: In the last "guess the screenshot" thread I posted shots from the film the director of this film made the year before this one, and I posted pics from a film starring an award-winning actor who plays the main villain in this film.

The two movies I posted in the previous thread were Dirty Mary Crazy Larry (also directed by John Hough) and The Lost Weekend (starring Ray Milland).

Both Escape to Witch Mountain and Dirty Mary Crazy Larry contain scenes featuring a female and two male characters being chased by several cars and a helicopter.

Pic recap:
The kids see the guard dogs when they first arrive at Ray Milland's compound.
The Pine Woods Orphanage (there are kids playing on the porch, but the van driver is blocking them here).
The kids from the Orphanage go see a movie (coincidentally a Disney movie).
Tony uses telekinesis to send a cop's motorcycle over a cliff.
Eddie Albert sees the reflection of the helicopter following them in the side mirror.

Nope. This movie is sometimes considered part of a trilogy. One of the other parts was used previously in this game.

Spoiler:
Patrick Magee
