Thanks for the suggestion. I actually tracked down the OOP Korean release of it that has both cuts (director/theatrical). Paid a hefty sum for it on the aftermarket and still haven't watched it for fear that it won't be worth the price I paid!! One of these days I'll get to it ... I'm absolutely in love with Ye-jin ....... I forgot another for my list: In Her Shoes. I normally cannot stand cameron diaz but this film made me smile. |

Been mentioned a few times already but I gotta vote for Serendipity
Kate Beckinsale is just lovely in this one. Her character just seems like someone I would want to "hang out with". A nice totally unrealistic story with a nice happy ending. Haven't had a lady in my lair yet that didn't enjoy it. |

I would recommend these chick flicks:
Groundhog Day The Family Man V For Vendetta The Truman Show Love Actually Shaun of the Dead The Lake House Serendipity The Terminal What Women Want If Only |
No love for About a Boy? :(
I skimmed, but I don't think I saw the following mentioned: Notting Hill What Women Want |
Are people defining a chick flick as movies that have chicks in them??? :hscratch:

you ask a stupid question.....
you miss the past 3 pages or something? I think everything's covered except for arthouse and foreign films. And if you can't be man enough to enjoy a chick flick, I don't know what to tell you. |
