There are also no minorities in the Worst Actor/Actress catagory, so this list is racist as well.

That's not the Razzies thing. They just pick the worst mainstream movies so they can get some buzz going for themselves going around Oscar season. But as said above, it stopped being funny or clever years ago.

I can't speak for The Bounty Hunter (never saw it) but I actually enjoyed The Last Airbender. My only gripe was that the pacing felt very rushed.

"The Expendables" also deserved a nomination for worst film of the year. Ditto on "I'm Still Here". Also, Pattison was not terrible in "Remember Me". In fact, I thought he was pretty good. My niece made me watch the film because I hate the "Twilight" movies so much and she wanted to show me he didn't stink in everything he does. I ended up enjoying film.

Well, at least the following categories:

Most boring Sci-Fi/Action film in years

Most disappointing film of the year

Worst sequel since "The Matrix I and II"

Worst screenplay of 2010 or a lack thereof

WORST performance by an actor in a supporting role
by an otherwise respected and great actor (Michael Sheen).

A performance SO bad, I watched it through closed fingers
as if I were watching a snuff film.

Because the worst films in any given year are always released by the major U.S. studios.

I'm sure it's an unpopular opinion, but I had to watch Eclipse recently and I thought Pattinson was the most tolerable actor in it. I have a feeling we'll see the extent of his talent once Cronenberg shows him off in "Cosmopolis".

Agreed. Though I didn't think she was awful, just sort of one-note.

Adventureland, but that was a movie where playing herself fit just right.

Seems like easy potshots at big names that the kids who are too cool for school like to rip on. It's kind of like a laundry list of jokes for George Lopez monologues.

Big Mammas House 3 will probably appear on this list next year.

They should just give Worst Director to Shyamalan every year.

Just proves that the Razzies are more about trying to be clever than identifying bad movies.

Re: The Golden Raspberry Awards - 31st Annual Razzie nominations

It really is. And it deserves all 10 awards.

The Razzies have never been about identifying bad movies. It's more about mocking the Oscars.
