sound effects was really good. Cohen can't compete with Bay when it comes to action. Seeing the planes in the first 10 minutes was cool. Then it gets really old and too predictable. I had the same feeling watching XXX, I just wanted the movie to end. At least with Bay, you can always count on something cool.

I saw this today. Surprisingly entertaining movie. Considering all the sh*t being said about it. Yes this movie is dumb but it is a fun dumb popcorn movie. The subplots at the end are stupid and the film should have kept with the original plot but still this movie was hell of a lot more entertaining then the second half of war of the worlds. Fun movie and chance to see some cool arial scenes but digresses at the end but is still entertaining. A lot better then what people have said. and this is coming from someone who finds comic jamie foxx extremely annoying. Jessica Biel is very hot but a little too muscular looking. Josh Lucas is pretty good. Top Gun meets the terminator meets about 10 other movies.

And I happen to agree. Dukes of Hazard looks like a waste of celluloid, in my opinion. But that's for another thread, so...bye!

Well, I can usually enjoy a big dumb popcorn flick as much as the next guy, but this movie was awful. The F/X looked like Microsoft Flight Simulator, the use of music was just painful and the acting was wooden all around. That of course, is not even mentioning the script, which I am surprised attracted anyone to be a part of this movie. Easily one of the worst movies of the year and could easily be one of the worst movies I've ever seen (and I see A LOT of movies...as anyone can check out in the rank them as you see them thread).

"There are two of us. And that is a prime number. And prime numbers are lucky. So that makes us lucky." - The dumb pilot guy to Jessica Biel.
What the fuck does that even mean??
The movie blew. Jessica Biel provided a lot of masterbatory content though.
And I thought for sure at the beginning in small print under the word STEALTH it said brought to you by Incubus and the new Pontiac GTO.

Could Dukes be the 3rd Big Bomb of the Summer? One can only hope.

But considering its much lower costs, it has basically no chance to be the mega turkeys those two films are.
Uh, better check those DUKES numbers again.
They just added 17 mil to the budget recently to make sure they could even release the film.
