I watched the trailer with an open mind, and here's my theory:
A bunch of people got together and made one hell of an elaborate hoax by putting this trailer together, making everyone think there is actually going to be a movie. I'm not going to go into my reasoning behind this, or I'd be here all night. Draw your own conclusions.

Why are all the Short/Fan Films made from DC charcters? Does Marvel sue people or something? I mean why no Spider-Man or Wolverine Films? I know they did a fan film for The Crow also

There is millions of star wars fan films. Much like DC/WB, they sort of support it or atleast give them some sort of positive feedback. With marvel it's sort of a gray area since the rights to the characters are all over the place. With DC, you know only one company has them rights... WB.
