All I have to say is that the guy that directed The Incredible Hulk did right by me. This...looks a lot more badass...and again...that's a Badass Kraken.

I like the size of it here. I never really felt an epic nature to it in comparison to how the characters reacted to it. Really like the new face design.


So currently I'm seeing the classic original film....and a thought comes to me.....how different will the story be from the original?

That trailer sold me even more. Looks like it's going to be a fun ride. Kraken looks badass, as does Medusa. Wonder if we'll get a Harry Hamlin cameo?

I think it's the eyes and a little bit of the jaw structure. Looking at it again, it's sort of a Rancor/Cloverfield combo. I was hoping for at least a little homage to Harryhausen.

I think the trailer for this film is the best trailer I've seen since the WATCHMEN trailer. The music is in perfect synch with the editing, especially when the crab snaps at the ground three quick times to the beat of the bass/drums from the music.

When was the last time a monster mouth roar was not CGI? I'm so sick of this type of mouth roar in every single monster movie. When was the last time Hollywood actually built a real monster head - Jurassic Park?

The preview came on before The Book Of Eli, and I liked it better then the movie! I hope they don't mess this up...

Take it from me, I know, in ancient Greece they really did have giant scorpions, Medusa heads, and Krakens.

They may be releasing this in 3D as well...Actually, all of Sam Worthington's other films could technically do well in 3D: Rogue, Terminator Salvation...

a few 'test' scenes into 3D and are making a decision this week if they'll go the 3D route with Clash or not... I don't think the results would be great enough to justify the cost, since it was shot 2D...
