Holy crap. That looks amazing. I enjoyed the first one but didn't feel like it was that great, probably because of the slow origin story. But damn, this looks just awesome!

The full trailer is already up in terrific quicktime.

I guess the title of this thread should be changed.

Saw the trailer on tape. Looks like Raimi still knows what he's doing.
I liked how it was billed as "the story continues" ; makes it well known that we are following an arc instead of just another capitalize quick with different love interest and villain route tried by Batman. Since III is already a given, I wouldn't be surprised if II has a cliffhanger ending of sorts. For all we know, this might be the Empire Strikes Back of the Spidey saga.

I thought I was watching a trailer for a re-make for "Superman II"
last night.
It does look a little more story driven and darker than the first, but just more of the same..and I only thought the first was mediocre at best. Too much hype!

That was amazing. Doc Ock looks excellent. It was awesome when Spidey swung threw the middle part of the Semi and landed on the car he was chasing. Cant wait for this one

I don't normally appreciate seeing CG films. But the effects in this look next-to-perfect. I guess some things can be done with virtually unlimited funding.

looks better than the 1st trailer made it out to look. Special effects look better, but still cheesy.

I believe Raimi Publicly stated that as long as he's directing there will NEVER be a venom in the series

I have said that many times. Venom is okay, but there is NO WAY for him to get worked into the arc they are telling and have him make sense unless they make him a supporting or cameo villain, which would enrage too many fans.
