Fanboy: did you see the trailer on the big screen or just in the little quicktime window on your computer?
I found the QT trailer to be very different-looking than the theatrical trailer. In the theatre the trailer looks MUCH better.
I thought it was funny when a friend of mine was complaining about the "CGI" in the original film, and specifically cited scenes that were NOT computer generated as the ones he thought were "fake and cartoony looking."
One disappointment: they're not going with the alternate comics titles as sequel titles. When they first announced the sequel they were going to call it "The Amazing Spider-Man." I figured subsequent sequels would be based on the other comic book titles, like Spectacular, Web of, etc.
