I got tired of waiting and made my own just to see how it played out. I made my friends (some of whom never seen KB) watch it and they really liked.

Spoiler:
Basically I cut out the scene where they reveal that the baby was alive. I cut it when B closes the trunk lid on Sofie and put chapter 6 behind it. Then I inserted the deleted scene w/ Bill and Da Moe fight right after the ch.8 intro and before the camping scene. For my friends that haven't seen it they were as surprised as B to see that BB was alive. I think that was one of the things they shouldn't have revealed in pt 1. The scene w/ BB would have had a greater impact if the audience didn't know she was alive.
