Brad Pitt as some insane psycho like he played in 12 Monkeys, but more evil.

I didn't know he was in Gigli - otherwise, yeah, I would of.

Ooh, I like the idea of Gary Oldman but his characterizations tend to be a little too psychotic. Bond villiains tend to tilt a little more to the sociopathic. Beat Takeshi would make a great villain, IMHO.

They should try something new and have the main villain be a woman. Like Vanessa Redgrave or Maggie Smith.

Hmmmmmmmmm...a good question. Lots of interesting choices so far (Connery was a good one, I thought). Here's a few off the top of my head:

Tim Roth
Jeremy Irons (he always plays the bad guy, but still does it well)
Alan Rickman

Alan Rickman! YES!

If he can redo the greatness that was his Sheriff performance in "Robin Hood" then he would be perfect.

A few that spring to mind...

Robert DeNiro
Kiefer Sutherland
Anthony Hopkins
Keyser Soze

Plus I'd actually like to see a Bond villain get away at the end of the movie again, so you could have a bit of storyline continuity between films. I think that guys like Scaramanga and Alec Trevalyn could've been even greater had they lasted through more than one film.

Wesley Snipes. He was quite evil in Demolition Man. But then he started playing all the hero characters.
