No Vin! I don't care what others say, I like vin, and F &F was better because of him. If I don't have anyother movies to check out,I'll see it.

How could John Singleton lower himself to this? And to think he once had promise. What a disasterous carreer.

I could barely believe it when I first heard that he was directing this film. Looks like he'll never surpass Boyz n the Hood.

The first Fast & Furious was okay, but the trailers for the new one look awful. The cars look so cartoony...and I usually don't even complain about CGI.

Yeah really! What kind of world do we live in when A CAR has to be done in CGI? It's a CAR!!!

Is there NAWS in it? Do they still use NAWS? Cuz that's what makes the cars cool. NAWS.

I agree Boyz n the Hood was amazing. Everything after that has gone down hill.

The other day at Target, one of the stock guys got on his radio and called in: "Hey, dude, I got all the Charmin put up." And the guy on the other end said: "Man, you are 2 Fast 2 Furious."

Which is now my new favorite catch-phrase, one that will be sweeping the country within days...

I think most people went to see the original because of cars and women, but walked out Vin Diesel fans.

The fact that he's not in this one will definately hurt it.

Nonetheless, it loosk like it could be fun, I'll check it out.

The first was horrible, and this one looks even worse, so I'm skipping it. I did enjoy the trailer though, I was in tears - I want a bridge jumping button in my ride....

I wonder why Rob Cohen didn't direct 2 Fast? Was it because XXX cut into filming?

It's funny how people only watch the movies just for the acting. As long as the movie is a fun action popcorn flick, I'll see it whether it has bad acting or not. A lot fo Stallone flicks has bad acting but I find them entertaining so....

but anyway, thanks for the heads up. I might check this one out. Paul Walker is a good actor though.

When Vin Diesel left, Rob Cohen left too.

Well it is kind of hard to do XXX2 and Fast and the Furious 2 at the same time.

XXX2 was still in production at the same time Fast and the Furious 2, so that was the obvious reason Cohen and Diesel had to leave.

I thought he had officially put the nail in the coffin with his generic blockbuster-by-numbers remake of Shaft.

I would judge Singleton as an action/blockbuster director on his effort on 2 Fast 2 Furious.

The production of Shaft was a case of too many chefs in the kitchen that its hard to tell who deserves the most blame for that fiasco (but assuredly they all deserve some amount of blame).

I respect Singleton, he's said he's happy with the artistic accomplishments of some of his past films (as he should be) and that he wanted to branch out and try something completely different. There were moments in Shaft that illustrated that he is capable of moving from serious films to popcorn, here's hoping he succeeds.

I'm sure that this is a movie one should judge by acting.

That said, I loved the first one in theaters, but thought it kind of blew on DVD and I wound up selling it later on down the road. I am kind of on the fence about whether or not to see it. I need to find a way to sneak in.

i love popcorn flicks. I loved the first in the theatre. I was impressed with the soundtrack at home.

I am going to see this one just because I love the cars, I support RandyC's work.

I need another brainless flick. Who doesn't.

Hey at worst I get a good adrenaline rush or sugar rush depending on how long the credits are.
