einTier, just tell him to send you the crayons instead. Obviously they are worth more.

While on vacation I received the crayon scans and note that the bids were too high. Looks like my vacation cost me some quality items.

Update. I promptly recieved the cocktail straws (not good for sucking) in mint condition with the clown on the front looking all like Pennywise from It. They still had a 10 cent tag from when he bought them 5 years ago (must be a real discount store) so he made out with my 36 cent bid.

But he put them in a very nice padded container and shipped with 60 cents postage.

I note that einTier and him worked out a deal regarding the typewriter. Expect to see it soon on ebay for another penny. What does he expect if you win it?

I wonder if he will keep doing this. Must check.

Note I left him a nice thought out and dare I say, PITHY feedback. He left me two words. I am not feeling the love people.

His feedback to einTier did not look well thought out either. Just copy paste job.

That poor little boy in Omaha, Nebraska, does he know what he's getting into himself? It feels so archaic calling them dilators. Like "Little House On The Prairie" pron.

I guess we are now starting to see the significance of the crayons being pointy and only "slightly used."

I just remind myself that these products were ordered/purchased "after" the crayons were shipped to me. But am considering emailing him about the combo typewriter/dilator combination. Would they both be slightly used?

Quote: Okay I'll pay for shipping on the typewriter, but what can you throw into the deal to sweeten it up?

HE USED SOME OF MY FRICKIN MONEY TO BY SPECULATION EQUIPMENT!

... I feel dirty. And not in the good way. Bloody Omaha, Nebraska. Give 'em a couple of bucks on a worthless auction and see what they do.

This had totally killed the crayon shipping idea. Mark in the "where have they been" file. Have to explain to my woman in the morning that the crayons will be going in landfill once they arrive. No, we will not be taking a picture of them on our sons head. Good lord no. Maybe mark them "Return to Proctologist" and see if they go back.

I'd like to formally retract my request on sending me a crayon.

Thanks

It's really funny how this took such a sickening quick turn to uglyville.

This whole thread is like some sort of Greek epic. You start out as friends laughing at the auctions, only be torn apart by bidding wars. Finally, you realize it is better to work together and stop bidding against each other. Once again you all become friends and are very comical about sharing your loot with each. Then, the world is once again turned upside down when you find out the man that sold you your items is a pervert and may have stuck them up his ass.

The moral of the story? If something is too good to be true, it probably is. Or some internet creep stuck it up his ass. Either one really .
