1. Rap sucks. I'd rather listen to a cat screwing than listen to any rap song.

2. In many ways, blacks have more freedom than whites do now. Chris Rock can go on HBO and make fun of white guys, calling them honkies, and it's "funny." But if I went on the same show, and said a joke about a black guy, and called him a ******* in the joke, the outcry would be insane.

3. SUV's are not illegal to drive, to own, nor do they support terrorists. Get over it.

I just figured since Anti-Islamic sentiment was being thrown around and noone objected that this would go un-opposed too, I guess that double standards exist, that's cool. I apologize. BTW I said the people were, Islam as a religon was attacked but I still said nothing about that.

We're sorry that as Westerners we harbor some negative feelings about a religion that deserves some blame for the murder of thousands at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Pennsylvania, not to mention the continuous murder of non-combatant civilians in internationally recognized Israeli sovreign territory. Ours is based on some real events while it appears to me that yours is based on the biases associated with some part of Islamic culture.

I don't in any way like The Sopranos. And I don't get the fascination with the show.

-I wish that the death penalty were used more often. To actually make it a deterrent, I would make the last stage of drug, product testing mandatory on death penalty convicts, until they died or requested death. I would also make it a miminum of a manslaughter charge to knowingly withhold evidence in a death penalty case. Police officers and prosecutors who go for the death penalty when they know the client is innocent should be in jail themselves.

-Vegetarians/vegans who try to say that humans shouldn't eat meat because they aren't designed to do so are idiots and should be forced to take some beginners biology classes. That being said, simply not wanting to eat meat or meat products is perfectly fine and restaurants should have at least one non soup non salad vegetarian dish.

-Cigarette and cigar smoking should be illegal. They stink and knowingly cause damage to the lungs of non smokers. No, a seperate section isn't good enough-I still smell your fetid odor. If you need a nicotine fix, switch to the gum, chewing tobacco or the patch.

-Pipes are ok. Yes, I know this is hipocritical, but their smell dosen't bother me. If your habit is going to kill me a little, I don't want to hate the smell.

-We will never stop sex before marriage. Nor should we try. Everyone should be legally required to use birth control until they are willing to petition a board of some sort that they are ready. Additionally, prostitution should be legal and regulated, and adultery should be illegal. This would eliminate unwanted pregnancy, greatly reduce the spread of STDs, and would hopefully curb some of the more stupid actions of those desperate to have sex.

-People who think in terms of never, impossible and always are what keep us from learning and discovering. Sadly shortsited. As unlikely as god, bigfoot or aliens are, to dismiss them as impossible is at best foolish. Especially in light of the number of times we've been proven wrong when we thought that we knew everything.

-People will always find some context to discriminate against others. There is no way to stop people from thinking that in terms of us vs them Everyone IS competing for the same resources, if people find a convienent handle to lump large groups of others together, they'll take it.

-Nevertheless, people should still do everything that they can to eliminate any prejudice that they can. We are animals, but we should aspire to improve our basest instincts.
