The art I used is from one of the original movie posters.

The “movie art” (by Bob Peak) is available at:

I reworked my Excalibur DVD cover at 300 dpi (about 3.9 MB). For those that are interested, you can download it here:

Enjoy!

Vertigo - Original Release
Could someone with the original release of Vertigo (the one with orange spiral Saul Bass designed artwork) scan it and send me a hi-res file, then post here to say that it has been sent (I'd rather not get flooded with multiple copies of the same cover).
Thanks,
Keith

Introduction
Hello everyone, I've been reading this forum for quite a while now and I just registered and thought I'd say Hi.
Also, like many others here I make DVD cover art. Some of the one's I've made are located at http://www.csh.rit.edu/~jlyon/coverart/
I'm most proud of my "Twin Peaks Pilot Episode" and "The Short Films of David Lynch" dvd covers, as they both are much more than just snapper converts.
Anyway, thanks for all the great discussion.

A.I. Artificial Intelligence WS
Has anyone done a cover redo for A.I. for the Double Alpha cases. Most noteably one with the origial movie poster instead of that joke of a cover that the DVD comes with instead.
I'd love to see one done... if I had the time and the resources I'd do it myself even.

JLyon, you are the man! (Though the link to download the pilot cover doesn't seem to work, it looks spectacular)
Now if only someone would get to Opera, I might be able to leave this thread once and for all.

I love the David Lynch and the Twin Peaks covers. I downloaded them without a problem. When I tried to print them they were the correct size, but for some reason they were all "pixelated". I printed a diffrent cover with no distortion. Am I doing something wrong?
Do you know what I have done incorrectly?
Thanks for the covers. They really are great.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have trouble printing the TWIN PEAKS cover. I have played around with it, but I am computer illiterate. I cannot figure out what the problem is with the pixilate print out.

I sure do, DiscFlipper! It's in the works already...about half done. Included will be a insert with Chapter Titles, to make up for the fact that no scene selection section was made for the menus. Luckily they thought to put in chapters. Unfortunately I believe the Mulholland Drive DVD will be the same way.

I am sorry to bother you again. When I download the covers you created, they are very small. When I enlage them to fit the templates for the dvd covers they become
fuzzy and pixilated. Do you know why this is occuring. Am I the only one with this problem? Can anyone suggest a remedy?
Please do not flame me. I really like these covers and I am having problems weith them.
Thanks in advance

Randy, are you sure you're not right clicking and hitting "save picture as" instead of "save target/link as"? If so, you're just saving the small sample picture. The full size pic should be over 1MB.
