[Edit] They are fixed now, thanks Richelieu.

His link is wrong. Instead of a space it should have a _

The correct link is [Deleted]

Mr. Finch,

Very nice job! I'd suggest for the rear cover to add the short synopsis for each short you can find on the inside cover. I don't have a scanner, but if you'd like I can send you the text, unless someone could scan the cover and send it to you. Good job!

Getting the text would be great - Also, if anyone can get 2 or 3 really good screen grabs that would look good on the back cover, send them my way - and then post here in the thread that you've done it so I don't get swamped with huge image files!

Thanks,
Keith

PLAYBOY SNAPPER COVERS

Anyone interested in putting together/designing some Playboy DVD covers? I have the two GIRLFRIENDS discs and would like some better cover art to use in a keep case (instead of the snappers).

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Hire Available

For those who missed the other thread, The Hire is now available at DVD Cover Art.

Now, if anybody feels generous and wants to send me one of these DVDs - I wouldn't turn it down.

I'd like to be the first to thank Mr.Finch for creating a cover for The Hire. I know a lot of folks 'round these parts are extremely happy for your hard work. If I can get my hands on an extra copy, I'll make sure you get it.

Need help finding paper

It appears that at least some folks are using Epson legal-sized (8 1/2 x 14) paper. Can anyone give me a product number? I was just at Staples and the guy I questioned looked at me like I had six heads for asking. Can't seem to find it at Office Max online either....

Thanks!

Summer of Sam, Sleepy Hollow & Talented Mr. Ripley COVERS NEEDED!

Hi - If anyone has scans of these covers I would greatly appreciated it. I have searched the DVD Cover Art sites and have not been able to find them. I bought these from Half.com and didn't realize they didn't come with a cover... I know better than that now! Anyway, if someone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
Elia

Can anyone give a testimonial to the quality of this paper?
For 100 sheets of Photo Quality paper, it seems extremely inexpensive...almost in the "too good to be true" realm.

Thanks in advance.

PHOTO QUALITY PAPER LEGAL 100 SHEETS UP TO 1440DPI

I have a box of it here. It's not heavy "photo paper" per se (which I knew when I ordered it). That's why they call it "photo quality paper." It's about 24-lb weight, matte coated for ink jet printing. It produces a much brighter, sharper image than plain uncoated paper and works great for DVD covers.

Make sure you use the bright white side, the other side isn't coated...

My first attempt at a custom DVD cover (using Photoshop):

"Excalibur"

Comments? Constructive criticism?

UPDATE:
See my "new and improved" Excalibur cover further down in this thread.

Thanks for the #. Ordered mine a few days ago and they came today (in a huge 1 foot x 1 foot x 3 foot box )

Mr. Moody, when is the best time to load your website? I've tried several times this week and it has always exceeded its bandwidth.

Edit: Anyone know how inetdvd's shipping cost works now? I was going to order some cases and they no longer have flat rate shipping based on the number of cases you order.
