Are you sure you are choosing the US as the shipping destination?? When I choose the US, I get a quote of $37 for registered shipping.

Given the weight of a 8 disc set like this, I can't see how they could ship it for $5.

Anyone else able to get $5 shipping?

I'm also getting $37.50 US for registered mail to the US. Actually if you choose speedpost it's actually $33.50. Still a lot though. How do you get $5 shipping? Maybe he ordered it before they changed the shipping weight.

I can't even get an order from HiViZone to go through. When I hit Checkout, the pop up page with the order form gives me a 404 error.

Is anyone else having this problem? I haven't ordered from HiViZone in a long time. Could it be my virus protection software interfering with the page?

Thanks for the double check! I didn't think I was doing anything unusual.

Either way, it's less expensive ordering from the US.

Since the retailers with the best prices all seem to have sold out, and many of those listed here come to well over $100 USD after shipping, I feel I should point out that HKFlix still has it for preorder at $99.99 with free shipping.

I haven't had any problems with them myself. So far their service has been pretty much the same as any good online shop, certainly not below average. If something was out of stock, they emailed me to let me know. Most in stock items arrived quickly.

I haven't had any problems really but I'm not especially estatic about their service. I've ordered some things that their page said was in stock and got an email from them the day after saying it was not only out of stock but out of print and impossible to get. I also don't really like their shipping options. It's either really cheap but really slow, or really expensive but fast. There's no middle.

I ordered my set from Layoyo. I'm not really happy with their service either but they're really cheap and the shipping is fast (considering where I live).

I already had IA 1, 2 and 3 (2 and 3 being the LEs) but there was room for impovement with the audio/video so I figured they'd get it right this time. The extras and the 5 hour version also seem interesting.

Getting my name on the Box plus the AV upgrade sold it for me, as I already have the 3 movies in their LE format. I think that you might see the 5 hr version as a stand alone movie in the future.

This 3000 limit seems so small compared to the amount of people that have placed pre-orders.. I better get mine from Angloz.com, they have already taken the money!

Thank you reggio@pacific for the picture, the posters look nice. I had tried looking for the original posters and some of the artwork shown in the LE looked cool, but impossible to get. They do look quite good for framing.

Just got an Email back from DVDAsian about the name graving. It says that the name graving are for "Residents and Merchants in Hong Kong only".
This is sad but I will still get the boxset, just would have been nice to have it personnalized. but I suppose being 1 of the 3000 who gets the set is good enough.

If it's just a plate that's engraved, couldn't you have it engraved once you get it?

I'm not sure how it works though, but it's just a thought.

I couldn't resist & I just treated myself to an early X-mas present with this.

I placed my order through DVDAsian, I never used them before, & shipping was only $3.85 to New Jersey, is this right? That seems so cheap.

Anyway, the total came up to $112.85.

It's cheaper at HKFlix but I've heard too many horror stories about their shipping. Anyway have experiece w/ DVDAsian?

I've ordered from DVDAsian a few times and have not had any problems with them so far. They ship very quickly and respond to my inquiries just as fast. Highly recommended

Don't know if anyone is still interested in this, but DVDasian just raised their price on this to $119.00
