Bresson’s Diary of a country priest CC for GBP12.99/USD23.05, cheaper than DVDplanet, and an especially good buy for non-Americans thanks to CD-wow’s free shipping. Might be a misprice as other Criterions with a SRP of USD 39.95 are GBP 17.99 or more.

I can't believe they lowered the price for the R2 Shaun of the Dead to the price of the R3 disc, $17.95.

I just bought the following from CD-Wow, as they all seemd like pretty good deals to me. They might be cheaper somewhere else, I'm not sure. Still, these are great prices if you ask me. All prices are after the $2 off link:

http://www3.cd-wow.us/promotion.php?..._1&affid=14282

Identity - Special Edition (R2, it also has a commentary track by screenwriter Michael Cooney on it not on the R1 version, I also like this DVD cover better): $10.95

My Little Eye - Special Edition (R2, 2 Discs): $7.95

Silmido (R3, 2 Disc, DTS): $10.95

Three...Extremes (R0, 2 Discs, DTS): $10.95

I'm new to multi-region DVD's. How is CD Wow as a retailer? It seems to me that they're reputable. And their shipping to the US is included? Seems too good to be true.

While their stock isn't as huge as other online retailers, they are the best to buy from in my opinion. Their prices are low on many items, free shipping to anywhere in the world, and their customer service is the best out of ANY online retailer.

I once did a test, since they seemed to reply so quickly to my emails. The average time it took them to respond to my emails ende up being MINUTES. Not hours, not days, but mere minutes.

Buy from them, they are one of the best sites on the net. Over the past year I've bought at LEAST 30-50 DVDs from them, and I've never had a problem. There was one time that I received a floater, and the DVD wouldn't play correctly, but I emailed them and told them about it, and they shipped another one out to me that very day, and even allowed me to keep the broken one.

I'm going to have to try them.

I'm looking to get Spaced-The Definitive Collection and see it's 19 pounds.

They also have a Supergrass music DVD (two of them) for 6 pounds. Not bad since US Amazon wants $45 or so.

Any other hot deals/region 2 things worth picking up?

Undead is a fantastic DVD, and a great movie in my opinion. It's only $10.95 or so after the $2 off link.

I've used it every time I've bought something from them ever since the deals been going on.

I *think* it only works where you get $2.00 off every order, so I've been ordering everything seperately just in case. I don't know that for sure though.
