It won't prevent a leak, but it'll let you know if a leak has started soon enough to hopefully limit the damage done. I'd rather know that my sump pump is beginning to back up within the first half hour than find out the several hours later after all my basement carpeting has been ruined.

My kitchen garbage disposer developed a leak that wasn't evident until I happened to go under the sink looking for some trash bags. The leak had been going for a while and had managed to get into the floor and had already started to seep out through the cieling in the basement below. If I had a Leak Frog sitting under there (like I do now), I would've known weeks earlier. It's all about damage control.

They had the Dream'eo Enza back on woot a few weeks back for $110. I couldn't resist and bought one. A really nice player. Too bad that it is limited to .wmv playback for video. I was able to set up DVRMStoolbox to convert recorded tv to wmv. M2PMCEncoderX does a nice job converting the rest of my files.

If I didn't already own a Creative Zen Vision:M, I'd probably be content enough with the Enza to not go out and buy a ZVM... It's certainly a bargain for $110.

Almost gone... down to 4% left. I hope the next item up for sale will be a Leakfrog. (Yeah, I'm still on that!)

Me too, I could use two of those. Especially now that the thaw is on.

They're nice headphones. I got a couple pairs when they were wooted last month. Beware that you can't hear shit except what's coming from your player.

Damn, I wish I would have read that earlier about the headphones. I had them ordered then decided against it twice, didn't know they were that good at the noise cancelling.

AHHHH, this iPAQ deal is killing me. I NEED a new phone, does anybody know anything about this? It seems like an awesome deal, but I don't know if it's compatible with my T-Mobile plan I'm locked into. It's going quickly, I don't think I have time to figure out if I can use it.

They had this computer at the last Woot-Off. I have never bought anything at Woot, and am waiting for a deal to dive on.

I check Woot nearly every day and there's rarely anything I'm interested enough on the daily ones to get. Yet, there's always a couple things in every Woot-off and I always just miss them.

Like that phone.

bravesmg, google "cellswapper".

I had the shot at the phone and passed, and now it seems like a made the wrong choice. Ah well, I'll have to deal with my cracked cell phone for a little while longer.

This computer doesn't seem all that special to me, seems kind of cool, but not worth the big deal. It's been up for a while so I must not be the only one, still kicking myself over that phone...

I wonder if that would make a good CarPC-type device. I've been debating building one for a while now...

And up is the woot off killer named the Roomba, this usually takes forever but it seems to be moving pretty well. It's got to be faster than that Travel PC, that was what, about 2 hours?

They're still predicting another hour on the Roomba though... I've got a class in half an hour, and then work at seven for three hours.

I'm just hoping no Brave Old Cheetahs in that time...

They seem to have an endless supply of Roombas. My wife won't let me buy one. She's convinced it would eat our cats.

My cats didn't have any problems with my roomba I got from woot. I loved the thing, until it died 2 months after I got it

It depends on what accessories come with it. You really need a roomba with a home base. With this, when roomba is done, he will go "home" and recharge. Without it, you have to find him, pick him up, and plug him into the wall yourself.
