My copy came last week. I requested a replacement 4K disc last Friday and it arrived well padded and shipped in a box today. That’s a great turn around time.

I assume you ordered when you made that post about the cheaper price. About 2 weeks shipping time for the movie and then a week for the replacement disc? That's not bad. hmmmm

eta: I snooze, I lose, it's up to $41.xx now. Ahwell.

Actually I waited until the disc arrived. I assumed I needed to provide a photo or send back the original disc or something. I didn't. It came six days after I send an email requesting a replacement disc. Super fast.

The good news about the standard edition is that it will have the corrected discs.

US/Canada cutoff is probably the same or very similar.

Picked up the standard 4K UHD this morning.

I've read that the Japanese disc is better but I'm not keen on paying exorbitant prices for it.

No HDR?

It looks like Crunchyroll reused the Funimation re-release back cover template. I would assume that HDR will be included. They wouldn't screw that up again?

I would hope not. Then again, aren't most older movies essentially end up being SDR in an HDR container? Sure, there's more headroom, but oftentimes barely perceptible. So maybe it won't be much of an issue if they ditched HDR again?
