Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse blu-ray has a defective descriptive audio track
On multiple copies tested, on the english descriptive track at 16 minutes and 50 seconds into the movie, the audio stops matching the movie and instead plays the audio from an earlier scene. The DVD version is correct. A friend who is legally blind made me aware of this.
Sony Pictures has a terrible website with expired certificates. I sent an email to Sony Animation, but I have no idea where consumers are supposed to report issues like this.

"Most" won't care, but yes, there seems to be a continual lack of QC on a lot of home video releases these days.
