I believe Jeff, some parts felt really really long. Based on feelings alone, it was a 4 hour movie.

Re: Django Unchained -- 4/16/13

The disc I got had a re-imagining of the Spaghetti Western, a featurette on Michael Riva the production designer who passed away, and another featurette on horse riding and training Waltz and Fox how to ride a horse plus promos for the soundtrack and the Tarantino Blu-ray collection.

I thought there would be deleted scenes, outakes, and maybe even images or art of the movie poster artwork across the globe.

The Re-Imagining the Spaghetti Western is the Wal-Mart exclusive that came on a separate DVD. No exclusives exist that have deleted scenes or outtakes.

Didn't Foxx already know how to ride a horse? I could have sworn I heard that not only does Foxx live on a ranch with horses but the horse he rode in the movie was his actual horse.

The Target near me still has plenty of steel books. I guess this movie didn't sell that well here since it is a predominantly white town, lol.

I think there was a big initial run of these SteelBooks, as a lot of folks are still seeing them. Better this than BB's ridonkulous ZDT!

I hope this isn't old news, but after seeing that Cinema Now had the exclusive Star Trek Into Darkness features available for free, I looked up the Django Unchained feature (Around the Globe with Django Unchained: Conversations with the Filmakers and Cast), and sure enough, it's also free!

Why are they asking for credit card info if it's free?

Wow. I may not bother with Best Buy exclusives in the future if the extra content is Cinema Now related. Thanks for the link!
