I don't see any reference in that review to a Target exclusive.

Re: The Muppets 3/20/12

I just picked up the empty metal case at Best Buy last night, but I may have to order the disc itself from Walmart. My wife would flip for those finger puppets. I bought her a real Muppet Whatnot for her birthday this year.

I wonder if there are any episodes from seasons 4 or 5 on that Target disc.

Note it is a DVD, not a BD. And it is pictured on the regular combo release, not the Wocka Wocka value pack. Plus it likely only contains eps from S1-3... So for me, Target is ruled out. Still looking like WM to me... But if BB's exclusive drops in price, perhaps they will win.

I highly doubt it. They are calling it a "sampler" and advertising that S1-3 are available. So I'm thinking that it is a sampler of S1-3...

Re: The Muppets 3/20/12

I'd thought there would be more deleted scenes but gathering from the blu-ray.com review this sounds disappointing in the supplements department

Picked up the metal box from Best Buy tonight. Looking forward to actually owning the movie so I can watch it again.

i wish they included gonzo in the cover art, and not just his arms.

Re: The Muppets 3/20/12

It's unfortunate that they left out a good chunk of deleted scenes. I was assuming we would have gotten every cameo scene that was left out, but it seems that may not be the case.

At the very least, we should have a new movie in the next couple of years due to the success of this one, and that's enough for me.

Yeah. The "intermission" was cute at first but got old real fast.

A red curtain covers the screen. You hear Kermit and the others say a few jokes. There's a truncated version of one (or more) of the making of documentaries. I get what they were going for but I would rather simply be able to pause the movie.

Or at least been given the option to turn it off...
