I got my copy of Payback from the UK - fairly cheap, region free and has both cuts.

Just because they're both still in stock doesn't mean they aren't OOP...

Just thought I'd note: I ordered this from Best Buy's website on Friday night. Even though it said out of stock, I thought it was worth a try. Just got an e-mail that it shipped out today. So if you're interested, probably best to go ahead and order from Best Buy for $16.99 and free shipping, not sure you'll find it cheaper if you can find it at all.
