Keep in mind when/if you do this, most BD's are 50 gig discs. So even if you have a dual layer BD burner, the dual layer discs are probably more expensive than the movie itself. If you choose to strip down the extras and compress the movie to a single layer 25 gig disc, the quality will definitely suffer.

To other Oppo owners, that gives a sense that you appreciate a well made machine
Regarding BD movie size, when a dula layer disc was mentioned, I never price them (didn't know they were available since I don't have a BD burner. My first and only though wqs just use two single layer discs as I have done for years with DVD's.
BUT, I then though of this Java problem. Can I assume that won't work since this silly app has to be re-loaded (assuming the movie is a Java version) if the 1st disc were removed? Or could the app be included (again) in the 2nd disc?
