Just tried a 'pretend' order for this and it would've gone through fine as far as I can tell. Don't mind waiting until release date, though, as I paid a bit less than the current price on SHANG-CHI and BLACK WIDOW. Pretty sure Amazon Japan is still a better deal on these titles than YesAsia, too, at least by a few bucks.

This does make me hopeful for future Marvel releases (well, probably not the new Spider-man movie, but hopefully DR. STRANGE 2 and whatever's after that), although the price for overseas 3D fans is insane, and Disney surely knows it.

My pre-order went through, and like the US site they'll lower the price if it drops before the discs actually come in.

And better to just buy them now when they're available than risk having them go out of print later. Been buying most 3D titles as they've been released and all of them ever since the TV manufacturers gave it the shaft. There's already a few 3D titles I have which I bought cheap that are going for much more on Ebay now.

The Spy Kids 3 and Shark Boy double feature seems to go for a lot now, I got that for about $15 at Fry's (RIP). Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas seems to be out of print also which is a shame as it's essential.

Oh. I have H&K X-mas. Don’t care about Shark Boy. I have to revisit Harold and Kumar as I don’t remember being that great, but it was a bonkers movie. Maybe I should give it another go…

I watched my 3D Blu-ray of Dune last night.

It's a solid 3D presentation, but one that entirely adds depth to the image, no pop-outs. It's definitely not the flashiest 3D title.

I also couldn't get it to play in 3D on my Xbox One S through my LG OLED. The TV would indicate 3D mode was activated as the disc loaded, but then drop out of 3D by the time the menu showed. Even though it's a separate 3D disc, the menu and the movie only played in 2D via the XB1S. I had to switch to my Sony region-free Blu-ray player, where it played in 3D. On that player, as the disc loaded, 3D mode activated, deactivated, and activated again when it got to the menu. So it's maybe a fluke of the authoring that's confusing the XB1S.

Jay...would you say better to watch in 3D than 2D at least?

Personally, yes, but this also wouldn't be the disc I'd pull out to show off my 3D TV.

i know not reference quality, just merely curious as to if you had a choice to sit and wear glasses for 3D for 2.5 hrs or whatever vs. not. i'd say 3D then. thx.
