Brazil
The Seijin Suzuki films are old non-anamorphic releases, and could really use an unpgrade. The Samurai Trilogy could just use a remaster, not necessarily a BR release. And I think that Brazil is coming out at some point. Mainly I would want reissues of the older releases that were originally just released letterboxed.

Branded to Kill, Tokyo Drifter and Brazil are among my favorites in the collection. Tokyo Drifter would look unreal in Blu.

Several of these are headline titles, so I am willing to bet I will have several of them in hand within a year or two. I have been very pleased with the releases (and announcements) so far, as 8 1/2, the Seventh Seal, Seven Samurai would have been on the above list.
