Two beautiful glossy steelbooks.... these are among the nicest steelbooks Best Buy has offered as exclusives! After Reward Zone, and Buy 2/$5 Off Discount, about $16 each!

wasn't sure about this at all, but the 3D part got a great review at Bluray.com. Sucks shit about the audio. Why would they not include the 2D's Atmos or TrueHD 7.1, space? If not, makes no sense.
Anyway, thought the first was fun, didn't think he "stole the movie" as some say, but like the combination of all those villains from all these franchises. We'll see...

Not who you were asking but it's pretty fun if you're a Batman fan. I don't love it because the Lego animation style feels gimmicky after a while but it's not bad. Personally I'll probably wait for it to get a price drop before buying it.

just came in

Despite having a Piz Zadora poster on my wall in HS, I don't think I've ever actually seen this- apart from the layout promoting it (in Penthouse?).

I parted with my Blue Underground copy a number of years ago and came close to picking up the VCI release a number of times. But in this case, good things come to those who wait...

Re: The last Blu-ray you bought (Round 3)
This addiction... In a last-minute act of desperation, I walked into Walmart to pick up some Father's Day gifts for my stepfather. Of course, I made my way over to the drop bin and snagged a copy of "Johnny Mnemonic" "The Shining" and a slipcover version of "The Last of the Mohicans." Damn, there were at least a dozen copies of the Shout Factory "Mad Max" Blu-ray with a shrink-wrapped slipcover. I almost grabbed it for the new Mel Gibson interview, but I own the steelbook and the DVD bonus disc from the original release so I think I am good ...geesh it sure was tempting for just $7.88 though. I'll probably relent and head over to pick it up next week.
