Re: The last Blu-ray you bought (Round 3)

My son got me these for Christmas. I feel guilty because they are certainly worth a watch but not something I feel I need to own.

This was the one and only on my Christmas list that my wife got me.

Now that your son gave you the season as a gift, you should try to catch up. It's a really good 1st season.
Only thing is I'm aware that you don't stream and you probably didn't give a 2nd thought to record any of season 2. So you won't be able to get caught up with season 2 unless you can stream.

Bought so many over the Christmas Shopping Season, here are a few I remember off the top of my head:
Tarzan
Flash S2
Sully
Risen
Star Trek Beyond
Allegiant
Finding Dory
Pale Rider
The Hateful Eight
The Revenant
***Some I would never had bought, but at $3.99 or little more, I decided to purchase.

"Warrriorrrrs.....come out and PLAY..ayyy..."
I was a moderate fan of this movie growing up, hadn't seen it in years, but I just saw it recently on TV in HD widescreen, and I got a new appreciation for it on several levels. I've read about the comic book-style changes in this cut, but honestly, I don't care that much.

I'd purchased Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (BD+DVD+DHD) and Stir of Echoes on January 3rd, Stir of Echoes froze my blu-ray player up, today was the first chance I had of exchanging it (exchage plays just fine). Picked up Westworld today at BB for $8.99...

Bought the new xXx BD from Best Buy along with the new Jerry Maguire set.

Also got Creepshow 2 and the new Band of the Hand (Michael Mann movie) BD from Amazon.
Band of the Hand I got dirt cheap for about $7. No extras though, but a good 80's crime thriller.
