Videoeta is reporting Zombieland is coming to bluray and dvd, February 2, 2010. No extras listed, but I think for most people here this will be a day one purchase.

Re: Zombieland-2/2/10

My only complaint is that I have to wait all the way until Feb.

I legally changed my name to "Utah" in honor of this film, so yeah I'll probably be picking it up.

I'll grab it up, but that Jesse Eisenberg almost completely killed the film for me. If it weren't for Woody I prob would've hated it.

Buy it regardless. I'll pay you the difference if you hate it.

I just can't spend more than $20 for a BD title nowadays.

Be honest, you changed your name to Utah after Point Break, didn't you?

Great review, no? Mine is preordered too. Gizmo, if you do the same, the price will drop below $20.00 by the time it ships. Just like all of the Amazon pre-orders. Well, save for "The Hurt Locker". Anyway, I hope more people find this film on DVD (rental or otherwise). IT is the funniest movie of the year. Not the stinkin' "Hangover".

Well, the ads are not out yet, but looking at prices so far, it won't be under $20. That ship has sailed. And I won't pay $20+ for it. I saw it a few days ago, it's good, and I'd like to own it, but not for $20+. I'll grab it used and screw Sony out of a sale for having a ridiculous price. Just like all the other studios who still think $20+ is reasonable for a new release.

Re: Zombieland-2/2/10

Yeah, titles being under $20 was one thing during the holidays, but it sure hasn't been the case since. I'm not so sure we can expect new releases to be at that price point anymore.

Then no more buying New Releases for me. I've only purchased 2 or 3 Blu-ray's this year (and sold 30 or so).
