Yep. I'd be a little more concerned about that if my credit card had been charged.

Free shipping this weekend, no minimum.

Does anyone know if i send in my regular Stanley Kubrick collection and not the special/deluxe versions if they will reject it?

I'm not saying they wouldn't, but that seems silly because it's not like they are using the discs for something. They just want to offer promotional pricing to customers as incentive to upgrade. I'd go for it if I had the older set.

Oh, it's just free shipping through this program? I got excited and thought WBShop.com was going to have free shipping this weekend. There's something I want that's selling for $20, but don't want to pay shipping.

I decided to take advantage of this. 6 movies for $34 shipped wasnt bad. How long does it take to receive the email? It's been over an hour and I havent received anything yet. And yes, Ive checked my spam folder.

I'm still on the fence. Everything I really wanted I've already upgraded so I'd be doing it just for the deal. The titles I picked out I haven't seen in ages and really haven't missed them.

I sent in my Elf disc 2 full screen version. Seemed like a no brainer since I got to keep the wide screen and it was under $7 and free shipping.

Yep, I sent in my Clockwork Orange DVD a few weeks back and got the new BluRay with no problems.

Dammit, why didn't I think of that!! I was going to upgrade but we don't have a BD player in the bedroom, knowing that this is popular at Christmas I didn't want to swap. I totally freaking forgot about the FF disc.

Re: Warner's new DVD2BLU program begins

The only thing I ordered was Million Dollar Baby, since I still had the full screen version, and the damn BD is still $15 everywhere. Frees up a nice double disc case at least, since you only send discs. I got Collateral Damage through the DD sale for $7.xx so it wasn't worth giving up the SD disc. Would've been nice if they had Mystic River on the list.

Isn't Elf the blu where it's actually a downgrade from the DVD, with horrible VQ?

While it did get beat pretty heavily by the DNR stick, I still think the BD looks better than the DVD due to the higher resolution....plus you get the lossless audio track as well....

Besides, you must have missed these important parts from the original post:

Re: Warner's new DVD2BLU program begins

I thought about doing one (Clockwork Orange) but after shipping added to the order I might as well skip this and buy it from amazon.com.

Re: Warner's new DVD2BLU program begins

I submitted my old snapper DVD of Superman II for the Richard Donner cut Blu Ray. Waiting to see if they honor it. Anybody else try this BTW? The Superman II snapper had little retail value so I figured no harm in trying. I think they'll probably honor it since they are technically the same title but an alternate cut. I have the Superman Ultimate tin but did not want to break it up by sending the DVD's from it to get the Blu Ray versions.

Re: Warner's new DVD2BLU program begins

Well I sent mine in and after an entire month of waiting I got a card in the mail that says, contact us within 10 days with some information (not specified) or we will cancel your order. Of course, there is no number on the card or on the website and they have already repeatedly ignored any attempts in that direction...

Does anyone know a number to customer service?
