I got my copy from Amazon.ca along with Mimic. I hope we continue to see BD releases of movies that actually need rereleased, like this shit that only had matted DVDs in region 1. I'd kill for a good, anamorphic release of Armageddon, Escape From LA, Judge Dredd, and Deep Rising.

That was on Paramount's slate for this year, but it was delayed, so there's a good chance we'll be seeing it sometime early next year.

I just watched this tonight. Anyone on the fence about upgrading should definitely consider it. It's MUCH better than the non-anamorphic DVD even if the PQ isn't as good as it maybe could be - I doubt we'll see better anytime soon.

Sweet. Might have to pick this up.
