That is for the SD as the BD version is still 34.99. Just tonight I had Best Buy match Walmart's price of 31 and some change plus tax and just picked it up in store. It was the last copy on hand and I'm glad that I got it as it looks great in HD.

[for a short period of time they did match the walmart price though, luckily mine was shipped a day late so they credited me the 2.00 difference.
