There are a few reasons I'm suspicious:

1) There's no fake wear immediately beneath the Blu-ray logo and the "2-disc collector's edition" text. That makes it look a little more pasted on.

2) If it's in a traditional Blu-ray case, you'd already have the Blu-ray logo immediately above where that bar is anyway.

3) The dimensions are tall enough that it looks more like a DVD cover than a Blu-ray insert.

Oops. Didn't think of that. I tried overlaying that image and a scan of a full-size Blu-ray case in Photoshop, and they seem close enough. So, yeah, a slipcover wouldn't be out of the question.

The Machete Trailer WILL be on there, they are even promoting it on the front of the official cover, just look toward the bottom middle of the cover doctorthdt posted and there is the fake poster to machete that was released with the Grindhouse book
