Tarantino's been working on new stuff for Kill Bill for a long time. I did the pre-order since I never picked it up on blu-ray yet but I'm not assuming anything.

But there has never been a pre order or announcement from TWC saying that TWBA would be comming on a certain date.

there is an actual date for GRINDHOUSE now from Vivendi that coupled with the fact its now up from pre order and with recent post from edgar wright about his commentary track for Dont. points to it being the theatrcial version of grindhouse.

I want to pre-order this at the $13.99 price but I have a question. I will be moving between now and October 5th, not sure where yet, so can I change my address for the pre-order without having to cancel and re-order?

Yes. There's a "Change Shipping Address" option you'll see under "Open Orders". As long as the title's not being prepped for shipping or actually in the mail, you can change the shipping address.

New bonus set with extended versions of the films, special features include the extra trailers. Completely possible. I'm thinking worse case scenario so my hopes and dreams don't get crushed when assuming how something will turn out that there's no details on. It makes watching new films and playing new games much more enjoyable since I haven't built it up by listening to hype.

I will pre-order this and pray that it is the True Theatrical Version and not some mish-mash version of extended cuts with the trailers in-between.

Seeing Grindhouse in theaters changed my view on movies and it is easily one of my top 5 movies ever. The extended cuts of each don't even make my top 100.

I honestly believe this will be the theatrical version, the same one that should've been on Blu-ray and DVD three years ago.

In the six-disc Japanese DVD set that came out shortly after the films got released on vido in the states, Grindhouse got two discs. The first disc was for the 197-minute film itself, second disc were the extras that didn't appear on any release except that one...

There could also be the chance that the set includes the bonus materials that made it onto the Best Buy bonus discs that were included with the steel books, such as the 22-minute documentary that was played numerous times on FX before the film's release.

Honestly, at this point, I would just take the theatrical cut. Anything else at this point is just gravy.n

Now why this isn't coming out before Machete, well, that's just another reason why the Weinsteins are stupid.

I will absolutely cancel it. I'm not trying to buy these movies 3 times. I have the steelbook dvds and they will be fine until the theatrical cut is in my hands.

I have the SteelBooks and the Japanese Box Set. If I already owned them on Blu-ray then I'd cancel for sure, but at $14.00, even if it is the extended cuts I'd probably still get it because you can't beat $7.00 for two movies on Blu-ray.

The price is great either way, I just don't want to have to buy the movies a 3rd time when/if they get released in the theatrical version.
