Weird Science, awesome. One of my favorite 80's movies, bar none. I still remember finding the old original issue of the DVD and then selling it for a ton of money because it was considered "rare"(I was in college and needed the money). Now we finally are getting it in blu, should be a trip down nostalgia lane .

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV
My cousin was telling me about Freaked the other day, I had never heard of until then, either. It certainly looks like something I'd watch because I absolutely love cheesy movies.
re: I only went back a couple of pages in this thread so chances are I'm repeating someone else, but I was searching Amazon yesterday and came across this: Dexter: The Complete Series Collection [Blu-ray]
I know $321.86 is pretty expensive, but it'd sure be nice to have in my collection.
Edit: Ah, seems I need 30 posts before link priv.

Love Notting Hill. The roommate is a riot. But for the couple times I re-watch this movie I'll probably stick with the HD version until my A3 dies. Now my defective copy of Accepted I wouldn't mind upgrading.

And, apparently, a 10th-anniversary edition of some kind for Love Actually is coming out on the same day: http://www.amazon.com/Love-Actually-...I2OLTDAFMR6LQ6. It's not noted as being so on Amazon, but bluray.com has it listed as such.

No announcement yet, but it looks like Paramount will release The Jack Ryan Collection on 12/3 with all 4 films. The Ford movies definitely need to be remastered, but I'm expecting the same old discs as before.
