I'm in for these, no question. Aliens is one of the rare sequels that, IMO, surpasses the original. Not by leap and bounds, but it's a fucking awesome ride.

This is the new Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair thread. I saw the bump yesterday and thought there was news. Nope. Checked this morning and no news other than people talking about sparkles.

...hope they release 1 & 2 separately, like they eventually did on DVD. Don't really need 9 discs for 2 good and 2 bad films.

Come on now. The 4th wasn't very good, but Aliens was a good film.

aliens is one of my favorite classics, must have seen it 100 times
i didn`t like any of the other parts.
isn`t there a remake of the first alien in the works? they will probably
save the blurays until that one opens.

20th Century Fox The 'Alien' tetralogy is still unannounced on Blu-ray, but one lucky person already has it at home - Sigourney Weaver has revealed that she just gave the discs to her 19-year-old daughter as a "surprise Christmas present." Previously, the New York-born actress had also said she had recorded new commentaries for all four movies.

I thought I read once that many of the bootleg Academy Awards screener rips come from the children of Academy members.

If this gets out, you just know that Fox will bump up the official release.
