Bird With The Crystal Plumage
Movie was great. Didn't realize this is my first time watching the BD since I bought the film last year.

Big Trouble in Little China - Wow. This kind of movie is exactly why I love High Definition, this movie looked amazing and the fast paced action kept it up the whole time, what an awesome movie.

Monsters vs Aliens It was actually pretty entertaining. Excellent PQ and AQ like other modern animated films.
Old School I was driving through the college town of Geneseo today and was wishing I could go back to college. This was the best I could do.

The fugitive-Great movie, not bad picture. The PQ was not consistent; some scenes looked great others ok.

Pandorum - Wow, that was bad. I remember seeing the first trailer for that film and thinking it looked kind of cool, never got a chance to see it in the theaters. Really glad I didn't blind buy it. PQ was just descent, the I've seen better looking black scales on HD being that more than half the movie is shot in the dark.

Battle Of The Bulge Not a historically accurate film however one that I've enjoyed since i was a kid. I first saw this on my family's 19" B&W TV in the late 60's. Obviously I was only seeing half the movie since this movie had a 2:55 to 1 ratio. For a 45 year old movie it is sounding and looking pretty darn good in HD DVD.

CHE - Part One
Am I the only person who had a lot of trouble reading the subtitles? Considering just how bright the picture is in some spots, along with the black and white scenes, the white subs just blend in.
Still, it looks great, even on my smallish SDTV.

I haven't had problems with other subtitled films on my TV... I liked how Inglourious Basterds used yellow subs.
The problem with Che is that most of the movie is very bright, especially the jungle and B&W scenes. White on white isn't that easy to see.

Sunshine Cleaning. Wish I wouldn't have blind bought. OK film but nothing that needed a second viewing.
Audio also seemed to be slightly out of sync. Never have that issue with any other discs on my setup.

Just finished this one up, too. Also a blind buy for me. Thought it was pretty good, though agree that there's not much rewatchability. Did not notice any syncing issues with the audio... good PQ/AQ, overall.

Law Abiding Citizen - The definition of a guilty-pleasure flick. I don't care how implausible some of the plotting was, this was gory, violent and a shitload of fun. Gerard Butler needs to do more films like this, and less rom-com crap. PQ was decent, nothing amazing. AQ was solid.

Chuck Season 2 - Loved just about every minute. Great show, great audio, and great music. The Picture Quality is mediocre.
District 9 - Fantastic all around. Great movie and the audio and picture were top notch
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - An absolute bore of a movie. The forest fight scene was great and Sam's mom was pretty funny...but that's about it. Great Audio...and Good PQ.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie, I avoided it like the plauge but ended up recieving it for Christmas and watched it that same night. Dare I say...I preffered it over the first.
