Batman had excellent PQ when compared to the old DVD release, and even though I never purchased the two disc edition I am sure it is still a substantial upgrade. I was very impressed with it's presentation given the history of releases for the film. It looked like an accurate representation to me. Batman Returns is my favorite of the first films too, and I hope the PQ is as stunning as I have heard it is.

Dragon Hunters Great CGI animated feature w/great AQ & PQ.
Red Cliff I'm a sucker for period pieces and this is a great Jon Woo Effort. AQ &PQ are both generally outstanding. The only real drawback is the "HD" Ghost that pops in frame every 15-20 minutes or so. It lasts less than 5 seconds but, it really can be annoying.

Driven to Kill (BD)
Holy shit. Seagal's latest is a total piece of crap, not that anyone would have guessed otherwise. Terrible film, horrendous pq and aq. Mercifully, no extras were included.

Watched Batman: Gotham Knight. It was pretty good for the most part. I liked most of the stories but I didn't really get into the style it was done in. Never really have gotten into anime-ish stuff.

Last watched Die Hard on BD. Could not see why everyone was fussing over the PQ, it seemed okay to me. Not SUPER, but not terrible like a lot of people were saying. AQ was average. Some classic action... Bruce Willis with hair! LOL.

Dragon Hunters - I agree with the above comments about the outstanding AQ and PQ. The movie itself is good too.
The Deep - Good PQ especially the underwater scenes. and Jacqueline Bisset and her t-shirt. Audio was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Watchmen the director's cut. Wow! The audio was fantastic! Just so you know, the DTS-HD MA track was mixed at the level of a Dolby TrueHD track. So you don't need to lower it by 4dB. The transfer was excellent as well although the film is highly stylized so I dunno if I'd use it as a visual demo. I have no complaints about the transfer (some shots sport an insane amount of detail) but I doubt it'd wow people who prefer their HD material to look "pretty".
I also saw Coraline. Beautiful transfer and lovely sound mix. It's rather quiet and subtle but very well done. It was fun to watch the 3D version even if you lose some of the color. They desaturated the 3D version so that blues and reds "pop" when using the 3D glasses but the neutral tones still have that unfortunate purple/green look to them. Still, the 2D presentation is so beautiful you can watch it either way.
I also picked up Dragonball Evolution. The video has not a single traced of DNR or any ringing on the image. I didn't realize just how grainy that movie really is. Looked great and I wish more studios produced BDs like this one in terms of video. The audio was very good (bassier than I remember) but not really a knockout. It's a rather front heavy mix (the the surrounds do get used they're mixed rather low for the most part) and most of the dialogue sounds like live audio that was cleaned up in post.

Sin City Recut Extended Edition I have to go back and watch the theatrical version to see which order the vignettes were originally shown.

The Customer Is Always Right
First half of That Yellow Bastard
The Hard Goodbye
A Dame To Kill For (I think that was the name of the Clive Owen story)
Second half of That Yellow Bastard
Some new epilogue not in the comics that features Josh Hartnett and that Gilmore Girl that appeared in A Dame To Kill For
