Hot babes galore with Uma, Alice Eve, and Maggie Q though the movie is boring.

If you wanted to see Uma make out with Maggie Q you get your wish.

Uma still a smokeshow at 48.

A Tim Roth double feature

I wonder why there has not been a new Hulk movie since 2008.

I miss the days when Marvel movies were less than 2 hrs and other studios like Universal who did this made those movies instead of Disney having a monopoly.

So who had the idea of casting current and former NBA players in old men makeup and thought it would be a good idea for a movie?

Watched Arachnophobia this evening. It had been years since I'd seen this movie, my wife had never seen it, both of us enjoyed it.

It was ok with a few good scenes but not great.

Will we see a Darth Maul movie?

The Meg. Was really looking forward to this, even though I assumed it would be cheesy as hell. Unfortunately, it wasn't cheesy in a good way, like Deep Blue Sea was. This was just a bad, bad movie. Don't understand the appeal.

Fargo: Season One. Surprisingly good. I really didn't expect much, as Fargo is one of my favourite movies of all-time, and I didn't think they should've made a TV show of it, but this was solid. Great writing, great directing.

Fargo: Season Two. Again, another pleasant surprise, and I thought this was even better than Season One. The director's seemed to take a lot more chances in this one, and I especially loved the use of split-screen. A really great season, and I look forward to checking out Season Three on Netflix.

Romancing the Stone. Have always loved this movie, and the Blu-Ray looked and sounded fantastic. Robert Zemeckis did a great job with this movie.

Harry and the Hendersons. A childhood favourite. John Lithgow was awesome in this. Still holds up even as an adult...Solid movie...

Dark Blue. Great, gritty neo-noir movie starring Kurt Russell. I really enjoy this one, and thought Ron Shelton did a great job directing, especially tying in the L.A. Riots into the plot...Ving Rhames was also great...A very, very Los Angeles movie...

Cute rom-com that I saw in the theater. Basically a bunch of spoiled rich billionaire Asians and a couple down to earth guy and his down to earth girlfriend.

This would seem to be a Die Hard clone but it seemed more like an episode of ANW than Die Hard. More unbelievable stunts than a loner trying to take out a slew of baddies one by one. I did like the fact that Neve Campbell who played the wife could take care of herself instead of being a damsel in distress.

Kind of boring and felt more like a comedy and not a lot of action scenes.

Joe Pesci kicked Frank Vincent's ass in this and Goodfellas.

Isn't it time to alter the title to something "realistic?"

Watched Tomb Raider this evening. I think we both liked it better than the Angelina Jolie Tomb Raiders.

A recent Black Friday purchase

Wanted so badly to love this. Hoping it was on par with Zero Dark Thirty. Love Rosamund Pike. If not for that pesky restraining order I'm sure we would live very happily together. She learned German for the role and was able to act and yell in German. Overall way too disjointed. Constant flashbacks and cutaways. During the climactic rescue cutaways completely remove any tension, immersion or excitement. Found the short featurette more interesting than the movie. 2/5
