I'm trying to decide if I want the Target exclusive cover for essentially $7 more, as I can probably get this for $21.xx plus tax at the local DeepDiscount store.

Is better cover art worth that much more? I'm not so sure. I don't care about the graphic novel BTW.

I'd say no

I just bought this for $26.99 - and MHO says it's worth it. I like slipcovers in general, and that graphic novel is almost 100 pages, which is well worth it for my kids (but of course it will stay on the shelves when not being read). I was debating but I'm glad I went for the Target version. That large cover is worth it for me. And I'm a sucker for exclusives... bought Christina Aguilera CD/DVD exclusive as well. Man, that "Dirrty" video is something else...

So the Target BD does exist? Every store I went to didn't have them.

I got the Target Exclusive but now I wish I got the Indy one as well as the packages look like they match.

I went to Best Buy and couldn't find any with the slipcover, just plain cases. The artwork looks nicer on the Target version though.

Just to be sure does the blu-ray copy come with a lenticular slip cover or just the standard?

DITTO...I went to 3 Targets and came home empty.

They better get in some more this week.

I was able to find it at another Target later tonight.

Here is the DCPI number so you could call around and find one for yourself:

DPCI 058370093

Good luck!

I saw tons of Blu Ray copies in Best Buy without a slip. I then went to Walmart and found 2 copies, both with the lenticular slipcover. Circuit City advertises it as being lenticular on their website and the picture reflects this as well.

I guess I got lucky. They just opened a new "Super" Target over here, and they had plenty of copies. Maybe it being a new store they made sure to stock it good. Or it could just be I hit it at the right time.

They've been restocking Indy so I bet anyone who wants Clone Wars will be able to find it over the next month.

I had to hit 3 Targets, as well. At the second one, I finally found an employee who scanned the barcode, told me they were out, but pointed me to a SuperTarget 2 miles up the road. All for a movie I really only two-thirds liked.
