Thanks....good deal on the Caspian/Wall*E deal!

Incidentally, when I went to Amazon.com, there were a number of items still in my cart that I bought over the weekend. Good thing I did, because this is what I saw:
Please note that the price of The Untouchables (Special Collector's Edition) [Blu-ray] has increased from $8.99 to $14.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

Please note that the price of Short Circuit [Blu-ray] has increased from $8.95 to $12.49 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

Please note that the price of Predator [Blu-ray] has increased from $12.99 to $14.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

Please note that the price of Pathfinder [Blu-ray] has increased from $12.99 to $14.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

Please note that the price of King Of New York [Blu-ray] has increased from $14.95 to $18.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

Please note that the price of Kung Fu Panda [Blu-ray] has increased from $14.99 to $19.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

Please note that the price of Mrs. Doubtfire [Blu-ray] has increased from $16.99 to $19.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

You seem surprised. Of course they would adjust them from the sale prices.... or am I missing something.

At some point I had put the HDDVD of Music and Lyrics in my cart for my daughter but then never purchased it. My notice told me the price has increased from $9.99 to $34.99

Either they think HDDVD's are now collectable, or they they are out of stock so instead of saying that they are just going with original MSRP.

Dammit. I just opened the Caspian pre-order that arrived today. I wonder if I can talk Amazon into a price adjustment?

That's the single disc version and I think there's a 2 disc version. I used to buy from buy.com but keep hearing bad things about them.

Amazon currently has Planet Earth HD DVD for $19.99. It' $10 more expensive than Borders, but you'll actually receive it from Amazon.

This isn't that big of a deal, but I thought I'd mention that Home Alone is now $20.99 at Amazon, which is at least a few bucks less than usual (it's Fox, remember). Also, if you want that and Jingle All the Way, you can get both for $36.98. JATW is also $20.99 on its own.

Not bad, but I wish it would go down in price a bit more... though I don't know if I should wait. I would like to get these in time for Christmas.

Only one of the 6 Bond movies I ordered came today, and sure enough it included the ticket for Quantum. My sticker came off ok, but I can see how it could be a problem for people. Sadly, I would want to take my GF so I need to wait for the other ones to show up.

That's just it. It felt like a little better deal because these are seasonal, so I thought I might as well get it (Home Alone) now. I'm surprised they were reduced at all.

Isn't the code good for two tickets?

The Vol 1 and Vol 2 sets had a code good for 2 tickets.

The single release codes are only good for 1 ticket.

Don't wait to long to use your movie ticket! My copy of the Quantum of Solace movie ticket clearly states, "Valid Thru: 12/8" (Monday).

Are you sure about that? Mine says through 12/31/08 and that's what others have said as well. Meanwhile, For Your Eyes Only also shipped for me today so I should get that on Tuesday so at least i'll have 2 by early next week.
