Life of Brian is a nice surprise. I'll hang onto the Criterion DVD for the extras, but I hope Anchor Bay(aka Starz) does a good job on the transfer.

Very doubtful. It would need to be a two disc set, unless it was in SD.

2-disc sets aren't a rarity for Paramount.

Damn, I was kinda hoping that Anchorman would be the theatrical cut, since there's only a full screen version of that. Oh well.

With the combined runtime of the two movies clocking in at about 3hrs and 15 min., I don't see why not one disc. After all, a single 30GB HD DVD is good for about 4 hours of HD video.

Yeah but the regular DVD was CRAMMED with extras. I don't see how they can get all that stuff on there and another feature.

Two discs are fine with me though.
