Supposedly it's coming to the UK next week via Disney, so we shall see what happens with that one.
EDIT:
looks like people have already received the disc in the UK and can confirm that it is region free.

Apparently Canadian 300 blu-ray discs have a Warner insert that list some upcoming titles like Troy (non DC?), V for Vendetta and Nip/Tuck S4. The In Stores Now placement seems pretty weird to be sure as it certainly doesn't designate which ones are.

Even though the director's cut of Troy is coming to BD, I still want the theatrical cut to show up. I always want the option of the theatrical cut. Sometimes added footage doesn't help (see 40 Year-Old-Virgin).

Side note about the Labyrinth....
My fiancee LOVES this movie. She sometimes claims its her favorite movie ever. Well, we were in Scottsboro, AL at a store called "Unclaimed Baggage". Basically, a thrift store where they get unclaimed baggage from airports and so on. At the back of the store, they had a small museum of interesting unclaimed stuff. Well, guess what they had there? Some of the Henson puppets from the Labyrinth including Hoggle. He wasnt in very good shape either. We took some pictures. Funny place to find them!

It appears that the Weinstein Company will begin supporting Blu-ray later this year. paidgeek (Sony insider) says "Blu-ray titles are in the works".
