Anyway, last night, I went to visit my friend who recently opened up a new restaurant. I had already eaten dinner, but I ate again to support my friend's business. http://www.stlcommercemagazine.com/a...mages/tums.jpg |

Yeah, I also had 30 or 40 (maybe 50) DVDs before I bought my first player, back in 1999. It was a Toshiba for that I got for $140 at ValueAmerica.com when everyone else was selling it for $300. Good ol' dot-com-boom days. |

I just won an Xbox 360 so I'm definitely getting the add on. I've been going crazy wanting to get an hd-dvd player, but for $649 cdn (and currently unemployed) I couldn't pull the trigger... Sure it doesn't have optimal features, but for now it'll do the trick... I can't frigging wait.

Does anyone know if it's possible to support TrueHD and 1080P through USB2.0? Maybe MS could release a dongle of some sort at a later date.
|
As far as what Amir has said, there's no plan for one at the moment.

Any information anywhere about this working on 360s from other territories?
|
I'm still hoping they have enough in stores to go around....although, the Amazon is tempting with FREE shipping and No tax. Although, my $65 in Best Buy RZ is better for me. So, is the 7th still the OFFICIAL release date? HAs MS even announced a date?
|
How many of these is MS shipping? I'm honestly shocked there is so much demand for it.
