I brought this up in the "Deeply Offensive" thread, but I think that changing the color of the ads below the first post might help to separate the original post and the ads, both physically and psychologically.
Other than that, I think the upgrade is fine. Still getting used to the new look, but it is slowly growing on me.

Disregard my earlier report of apparent cookie failure on Mozilla 1.7.3. It appears to have corrected itself (I did nothing to try to fix it on my latest attempt to launch the browser, but it is now remembering me). Go figure.
However, I just noticed another issue that I hadn't before. Is there a reason that HTML code is no longer supported in signatures?

I don't think HTML was ever allowed in signatures (or at least had not been allowed in quite a long time) -- just vB code, minus images.

Another couple of minor issues... probably mentioned before, but when I post in a thread and go back to the thread list, it shows that thread as being unread. It's somewhat annoying especially with this forum loading alot slower than before.
I still have to hit the back button twice because I've got tribalfusion localhosted in my hosts file through spybot - don't know that this is an issue you can fix, but worth mentioning.
And also, when on my laptop - if I use the search feature and search for threads I've posted in (the extra steps to get there are annoying, but that's not a bug), I can't scroll the results page with my touchpad unless I minimize the window and bring it up again. Strange and annoying. Another item I don't know if you can fix, but I thought maybe the upgrade would fix that issue.

Alright, here's a minor thingee: Used to be that next to "post reply" there was "start a new thread." I found this useful all the time but I can also se the downside (i.e. starting a new thread instead of replying...) Is this being put back? Not big either way.

Is there any way to get the 'search this forum' box back at the bottom of each forum? Or is there an alternate quick search that I can't find?
For me if I click on the poster name itself it follows it like a link, but if I click to the area next to the name I get the pop up menu. In IE it doesn't matter where I click I get the popup menu.

I didn't see this mentioned in the previous messages.
Can you have the 'Previous Thread | Next Thread' links at the top of the page as well (between 'Post Reply' and pages, just like at the bottom)?
Thanks.

Somehow i lost the "new thread" & "post reply" buttons. They were here this morning but now they are gone. I only seem able to use the quick reply box.
