I've heard very strong rumours that Mask (1985) is being re-released, in anamorphic widescreen with an extra 8 minutes and a changed soundtrack, but searching on a title with that name is a nightmare. Anyone know anything?

A region 1 release has come but it has less features than the R4 Aussie version.

Someone should remove 400 Blows and the Decalogue. They have both been out for some time.

Sleepless in Seattle is being re-released as a 10th anniversary edition, Chrismas Vacation is also being re-released in wide-screen and Christmas Story (which is already on the list) is being re-released with both fullscreen and widescreen on a two disc set.

All on Oct 7th.

Are there any details about 2-disc Dirty Dancing Ultimate Edition that will be released on 12/9/03?

I never heard of that one. My mother will be pleased as I told her to avoid the current one for ages.

I wonder if there would be a re-released of Raging Bull in the near future cuz the one that i have dont have neither dd 5.1 nor dts sound format just stereo surround.

I've heard rumors of a re-release of Fight Club SE, and something about a different version of punch-drunk love here ( http://www.fresnosdvdconnection.com/news.html ).
I really want the Fight Club SE to be true. The official fox site mentions 2 discs and has a picture of the old se cover, but they site doesn't work very well (clicking on disc 1 or disc 2 just opens a frame at the top).

The Fox re-releases are just the same old disks, brought back from the deleted status and re-packaged with different cover art.

Thanks Squirrel God, but when you say "same old discs" do you mean the same old 2-disc editions? Its not that they're re-packaging the single disc are they?

Yes. Fox had a habit of deleting their 2-disc editions after they'd been on sale for a while. Now they are bringing some of them back. You can still buy the single disk editions too.

I wish they'd bring back the Meet Joe Black 2-disc :(

Comingsoon.net has a Reservoir Dogs SE listed for a Dec. 16th release. Has anyone heard of this? I don't really need three copies of this movie on DVD, or do I?

I know this is already out (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...l/-/B00005MP5D), so either tlavideo is screwed-up, or this is a re-release. Any ideas?
