Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order
Return period is 14 days after delivery (possibly 30 days for members though I've never tried)
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept
The long standing Free 60 day Trial Offer was discontinued in late May 2016

STORE ONLY 15% OFF Coupons -- I and II may finally be dead, but I'll leave them for now. III was reported still active in Jan.
15% OFF Single Item Exp 12/31/2017 (I)
15% OFF Single Item Exp 12/31/2017 (II)
15% OFF Single Item Exp ?? (III)

10% off Whole Order
HEYTHERE -- unknown exp

15% OFF Single Item
EASTEREGG
I think this is now expired

"New Member" Welcome Coupons
Welcome coupons may be dead -- or at least the type that have been available for nearly a decade. The latest set now have what appears to be single use codes so these probably no longer will be generic/multiple use style.

I'm getting a jump start on this Challenge right now. I did a search on YouTube, and discovered that Suspiria is on there. My first ever Dario Argento movie.

This may be only in Canada, I don't know, but iTunes has the Arrow catalogue on sale right now. Most titles are 4.99 or 9.99 (with a preorder of Argento's Deep Red available for 12.99), but you can get Harryhausen: Special Effects Titan for only $2.99!

I have never bought anything through Itunes. Does it require you to have Apple products?

You can install iTunes on a PC - but it also installs lots of useless baggage:

Bonjor - a very talky, and horrible, network protocol - uninstall it immediately - iTunes will complain when started the first time but will still work.
The Apple Updater - basically useless, uninstall it too as iTunes had a built-in updater.
Quicktime - very useless but I think iTunes requires it to work.
And some Apple product support junk that's needed if you ever connect another Apple product to your PC. IIRC all of it can be uninstalled without affecting iTunes.

IMHO - just say no. Don't drag down a working computer with Apple crap just for a bargain mp3 or movie.

You're better off getting a Movies Anywhere account (free) and linking your iTunes account (plus Amazon primevideo, VUDU, Google Play, and Fandangonow). That way anything you "purchase" from Apple will show up in your MA account and other linked accounts just as long as the movie is from the catalog of a participating studio (Disney, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp., Universal, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., maybe others by now).

Re: Ninth Annual Drive-In/Exploitation/B-Movie Challenge April 1-30, 2018

I had to do some quick video editing, so I just reinstalled Quicktime (I had the premium account from years ago) and it forced me to install ITunes. Never used it, though.

Since the challenge starts on Saturday night, I don't see why it can't start it early and have all day Saturday.

^ I'm on board with this too. I have lots of movies that can count here and for the A/A/C/M challenge. Hopefully I'll have more time for this one than I did for A/A/C/M. I'm thinking of starting out with a double feature of The Million Eyes of Sumuru and The Girl From Rio.

No idea what I'm going to start with but I love this time of year so much. I usually look forward to Wrestlemania around the top of each challenge.

I've been considering watching some B movies tonight and tomorrow to get me psyched for the Challenge. There are so many choices I have to choose from.

Another reminder, if someone has a Roku, there is a channel that airs B Movies live 24 7. It's called B Movie TV.

Tonight's movie on TCM Underground sounds right up my alley. It is Razorback
, and I've always loved animal rampage movies.

Might be way too much of a stretch but The Kingsmen?

Perhaps could be considered a modern example of Eurospy?

recommending Adam Rifkin (AKA: Rif Coogan) for the director's safe list. Thought he was already there, but I was mistaken.

Re: Ninth Annual Drive-In/Exploitation/B-Movie Challenge April 1-30, 2018

I kicked it off with some Fred Williamson in Mean Johnny Burrows. Not bad, aside from it taking a little long to get things going and giving Roddy McDowall nothing to do.

The followup was the trailer compilation Trashploitation from SRS Cinema. I didn't think it was possible to dislike a trailer comp ...I was wrong.

My spoilerized rant:
Spoiler:
- It took three players before it would actually play, and the PS4 finally did it. It's BD-R so that's probably to be expected.

- The volume fluctuates so bad you have to fiddle with the remote practically all the way through.

- The majority of trailers are just shameless plugs for their limited Blu/DVD/VHS releases.

- Some are for nonexistent films that are currently raising money on a crowdfunding site, which may or may not have reached their goal. More advertising.

- Some of the nudity is censored. It's really the only saving grace and there's not near enough.

- At least half the trailers are a chore to get through. I could only imagine how unbearable the actual movies are.

- There's no menu (at all), insert or booklet with trailer titles. Didn't write it down? Tough shit.

Never again will I take these three red flags for granted - "BD-R", "Underground Movies", and "Limited to 100 Made".

I kicked off my Challenge with some Eco Terror. I chose the kaiju great, Godzilla vs King Ghidorah. A couple weeks ago I was at Dollar General and found a 3 movie Godzilla set for $4. It included the aforementioned movie, along with Godzilla And Mothra: Battle For The Earth, and Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monster All Out Attack.

Kingsman? I dunno. It had a budget of $100M and made over $400M. Eurospy would be more 60s-70s European James Bond ripoffs.

Started mine off with a Fred Williamson movie from 1989. Soda Cracker or Kill Reflex. POS. Set up like a Blaxploitation throwback, but no action, no violence, no sex, no tension. Gawdawful.

Also, just watched the original version of The Warriors on EPIX. Says it's leaving soon.

Caught Ready Player One and Tomb Raider at the drive-in again tonight. Ready Player One played better the second time around. Tomb Raider was about the same (don't know if that's good or bad). All things considered I think it's about on par with the first two movies. Looking forward to seeing the Infinity War near the end of the month.

Halfway through my first flick. Mixed bag of a biker flick/comedy produced by Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell. Easy Bullets, I think it's called.

I was looking on YouTube, and if anyone is interested I found quite a few eligible movies. A couple Italian Star Wars movies, Suspiria, and even Ilsa:She Wolf Of The SS.
