I've never seen this show but I would've considered a blind buy at the right price if there was a Blu-ray set. Pretty inexcusable that there won't be one, but that's Fox for you. They're awful.

Even a SRP of $350 is ridiculous considering you can get most of the seasons on sale between $10-$20 each.
And yeah, hate to be that guy but, umm... Blu-ray please.

Wow, the price is ridiculous, considering that all seasons are available on Netflix streaming. The packaging also looks rather large.
Love the show, though!

I can't imagine wanting to rewatch much of this show in the first place. I just passed a mint condition copy of Season One for $3 because I figured at least 50% of the excitement would be gone on a second viewing.

I'm betting that this set will take all of the individual season sets recently re-released in the amaray cases and put them in the box similar to Ally McBeal, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Monk.

Ehhh. Looks cool, but I got in on the Best Buy deal a couple of years ago. $350 MSRP sounds about right. The season sets add up to about that. ~$50 A season.

That box looks awesome. I already have seasons 1-6 (used to have s7 on BD, but sold it earlier this year) and the TV movie, and I'm so tempted to buy that. Probably not right away, but possibly down the road somewhere.

As everyone says, depends how much it costs. And I like the clear plastic cases better than the digipaks, so it will have to have those for me to bite.

I'd want a blu ray set, but I'm not even sure I'd even want to rewatch this show. After seeing every episode of this show, I'm I a little angry about the conclusion.

I mostly watched the show as it aired and don't have any of the dvd/blu-ray, but I'd buy this if it were a blu-ray set, priced under $200.

Yes, the complete series set contains an exclusive bonus disc of "never-before-seen special features"....here is the info from tvshowsondvd.com:
"One of our retail contacts informs us that the new extras on the bonus disc will include "Chloe's Arrest", "Comic-Con 2009 Panel", a "Season 8 Wrap Party Reel", and a 4-segment item called "Eight Days". Those four segments are subtitled "Jack Bauer: Evolution of a Hero", "Presidents Friends and Villains", "Memories and Moments" and "Goodbye".

Re: 24: The Complete Series - December 14th
Does anyone know if they will sell the extra disk alone when it does come out? Maybe fox will sell it as a stand alone disk. It would be nice to do that for those who have being buying the seasons thu out the years past.

That's exactly why they don't release those bonus discs separately. They want to add incentive for people who have bought the seasons all along.
