While looking at the presale SKUS at work, I learned that Iron Man will be released Sept. 30th in both regular and special editions, with Transworld stores offering an exclusive Steelbook packaging for the SE.

Regardless of steelbook or not, I'll buy the special edition on release day. One of the best movies I've seen at the theater in a long, long time.

I preorderd my steelbook version a few weeks ago. Hopefully its the SE version, FYE didnt know which version it was.

Can't wait to get this, first superhero movie I saw twice in theaters, something Batman Begins or X2 didn't even get from me. I'm sure I'll see The Dark Knight more than once though...

Hopefully it's a 2-disc release with commentary by Downey and Favreau.

This will be a definite purchase.

The listing in the computer says that the steelbook is the SE. Not surprising, since the Sweeney Todd steelbook was the 2-Disc as well.

2-Disc SteelBook for me. I had low expectations on this movie (because of X3, spiderman 3, Blade trinity). Loved it, and can't get enough.

Can you get the steelbook online or only in the stores?

I'll probably go with the steelbook... unless some other store gets a sweet ass exclusive. I suspect every store will have one.

Gotta do the steelbook. Imagine if this was the first ironbook (LOL). Anyway, if they make the Blu-Ray a steelbook, that will definately push sales.

The DVD itself needs to look like his "heart."

The "Special Packaging Edition" needs to look like the gift Pepper gives him, with the heart/DVD sitting on a pedestal in the middle.

The Ultra-Mega-Super-Special Edition should be a robotic arm that either hands you the DVD or sprays you with a fire extinguisher.

Iv always had to do it in store. I don't think you can do it online but i could be wrong. I Pre-ordered mine awhile back instore.
